Our Approach

Development
Our team of experts works together to identify properties that are undervalued or overlooked by large developers in emerging and proven markets. We then leverage a defined reliable process to evaluate, plan and design homes that both fit the zoning and neighborhood considerations, as well as ensure profitable returns on the construction.

Construction
The firm’s leadership started 40 years ago building custom homes in Lake County where we learned how to listen to our customer’s needs, design spaces that work for them, and deliver high quality craftsmanship. Before and during construction our in-house design team partners with our customers from the architecture to the exterior and interior selections. The quality of our product comes from our trades who each specialize in their craft; most of which we have worked with for years. The tradition of excellence carries through today in all of our communities.
